A ceramic coating is a liquid that cures into a hard, transparent layer bonded to your paint. It is not a wax and it does not wash off. It gives you water beading you can see, real UV resistance, and a surface that dirt struggles to stick to, which makes every future wash faster and safer.
The application is the easy part. Everything before it is what determines whether the coating is worth having: decontamination, then correction, because a coating locks in whatever is underneath. Coating swirled paint means looking at those swirls for years.
